Friends of WNS Boys Lacrosse

Friends of WNS Boys Lacrosse is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose exclusive objective is to help advance the interests of the WNS Boys High School Lacrosse program. At its core, it is a dedicated booster club that seeks to organize and make possible team and community-building events such as:

  • WNS Youth Night
  • Senior Night
  • Teacher Appreciation Night
  • Team dinners
  • End-of-season banquet

Friends of WNS Boys Lacrosse also helps with basic program awareness and marketing efforts such as its social media footprint and this website!

In addition, we help source parent and community volunteers for a slew of game-day necessities like PA announcements, scoreboard maintenance, scorekeeping, and other critical activities that ensure each game runs smoothly and in accordance with WIAA rules and expectations.

Friends of WNS Boys Lacrosse operates in accordance with WIAA rules and expectations.

Yes! We expect all families of current players to volunteer in some capacity several times a season.

Our constituent schools are wonderful places and exceptionally resourceful, however, their budgets aren’t infinite. Your donation goes a long way in making the WNS High School Boys’ Lacrosse season an impactful and rewarding experience!

For families unable to volunteer because of other commitments, we offer a Buy-Out option.
